Saphe A/S accepts payment with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or via MobilePay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Saphe uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read unintentionally.
Saphe A/S normally ships all orders placed before 12:00 PM. Delivery is carried out by Bring, DAO, PostNord, DHL, and HomeRunner.
We also deliver to non-bridge-connected islands. The same delivery terms apply.
Consumers are granted a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. The warranty does not apply to defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
Saphe A/S will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs. If you want to return the product due to technical issues, you must contact support before returning the product, as they can often help find a solution.
When returning the item, please include a description of the problem. Describe in as much detail as possible what you were doing when the error occurred.
If a refund has been agreed upon, please send your bank details so we can transfer the agreed amount.
Consumers are granted a 30-day full return policy on items purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you bear the risk if any damage occurs during transport. The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 30 days after the purchase, and from the time of withdrawal, you must return the shipment within 14 days. The notification must be sent via email to support@saphe.com. In the message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, and you must provide the order number or invoice number for your purchase and describe the condition of the item when you return it. You cannot withdraw the purchase by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously informing us.

Partial Withdrawal
If you have purchased multiple items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order. Note that you will not be refunded the shipping costs if you withdraw part of your purchase.
Condition of the Item When Returned
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store, but you must not use it. If the item has been tried beyond what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may result in a reduction in the value of the item.
Refund of the Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is devalued, we will deduct the amount you are liable for. We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional delivery costs if you have chosen a different delivery method than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We will refund the money using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We can withhold the payment until we have received the item unless you send us documentation of having returned it.

You can also withdraw the purchase by notifying us and personally delivering it to the above address by prior arrangement. We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent cash on delivery.
If you want to complain about your purchase, you should contact Saphe A/S by email at support@saphe.com or by phone at +45 42 90 33 11. If we cannot find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via www.forbrug.dk. You can also use the EU Commission’s online complaint portal, which will mainly be relevant if you are a consumer with residence outside Denmark.

We reserve the right for any price errors and typing errors on our website and in our communication. Should a situation arise where a product or service has been marked with an incorrect price due to a typing error, we reserve the right to cancel or reject orders for the respective product or service.
In the event that a price is stated incorrectly, we will do our best to inform the affected customer immediately if an order has already been placed. The customer will have the option to cancel the order or proceed with the purchase at the correct price.
We cannot be held responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences that may arise from such price errors or typing errors.
